Fresh fillet, served with lemon herb potatoes, brocolli and a caper tomato salsa butter sauce

Seared and served on a bed of chat potatoes, accompanied with Asparagus & semi dried tomatoes in a creamy seeded mustard sauce

BEEF FILLET CHAR-GRILLED 250g
Served with roasted potatoes, brocolli wilted rocket, & a seared Tiger Prawn topped w/red wine jus

VEGETARIAN RICE or PASTA
Olives, grilled artichokes, oyster mushrooms, finished in a Napolitana sauce, topped with grana padano cheese

SALMON FILLET
Baked fillet served with herb chat potatoes, seasonal vegetables And orange burre blanc sauce
